World Meteorological Congress approved sweeping reforms

Last week in Geneva, the World Meteorological Congress approved sweeping reforms: Earth system approach, more focus on water resources and ocean, more coordinated climate activities, greater engagement with private sector and more structured collaboration with development agencies.
